Approved law provides for halving the 60 existing associations of.
Merida, July 9 .- The Governing Council of the Extremadura Government today approved the Draft Law on Associations and Local Child, which provides for halving the 60 associations of currently existing in the region.
So has said Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Juan Maria Vazquez, who appeared at a press conference to explain the content of this legislation, with which it, tera gold, is in compliance, he explained, one of the agreements contained in the Covenant Social and Political Reform in Extremadura and the demand expressed FEMPEX.
The draft law, in which the Board has been working draft for a year, is, according to Vazquez, "an important step in Extremadura municipalism" because it gives the authority associations and local authorities under an "effective tool", sto credits, to better face its economic and social reality.
With regard to the existing 25 small entities in Extremadura, 17 in the province of Badajoz and Caceres 8 of the draft law recognizes a degree of political autonomy and management of the interests of its neighbors about the parent council, so the possibility that they may be integrated into the commonwealths.
Juan Maria Vazquez explained that the draft also recognizes the commonwealths as "the best vehicle for social, economic and services to municipalities in Extremadura, which means strengthening its role as the unifying institutions of the territory."

Also at the meeting today, has authorized the expenditure involved in the order by which subsidies are called for the creation, expansion, equipment suitability and child education centers, with a salary of 1.675 million euros for this year 2010.
In addition, the regional government has authorized spending for the call for public subsidies to the realization of plans for employment training directed primarily to employed and in the sectors, subsectors or areas of activity organized in "clusters" of the Autonomous Community de Extremadura, amounting to EUR 705 550.
On the other hand, has given its approval to an agreement of cooperation with the Ministry of the Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs (MARM) for work in construction and launch of the Equine Centre Villafranca de los Barros (Badajoz) with a budget of 3,988,936.36euros.
The Governing Council also adopted a decree establishing a 1.5 percent increase public rates by providing the public service of higher education at the University of Extremadura, during the academic year 2010/2011, in the teachings leading to the collection of official titles.
